RUSSIA TRIES TO POSTPONE KARABAKH SETTLEMENT, AZERI POLITICAL SCIENTIST CONSIDERS

Official Moscow does not wish for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to get out of Russia’s control, Azeri political scientist Zardusht Alizade told 525 Baku newspaper. In his words, Russia tries to postpone the solution of the Karabakh issue with all possible means. Irrespective of Russia’s posture, the discussion of the Karabakh problem in the UN General Assembly it not important, as the Assembly resolutions are of recommendation character, Alizade stated.
