The formal Armenian delegation headed by FM Vardan Oskanian will take part in the 10-th summit of Francophone states to be held in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina-Faso, November 24-26. During the summit Armenia will officially achieve the status of an observer. Early October the Permanent Council of the International Francophone Organization decided on Armenia’s participation as an observer. To note, 51 states are members of the Organization, while Czechia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Poland are presented in it as observers.
