TRADITIONAL FUND RAISING TELETHON IN SUPPORT OF NAGORNO KARABAKH TO BE LAUNCHED IN US TODAY

Today the traditional fund raising telethon in support of Nagorno Karabakh will be launched in the US. The means will be allocated for the building of the North-South road. At the same time the visit of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic President A. Ghukasian to the US continues. The other day he met with well-known Armenian philanthropists A. Boyajian and V. Karapetian, with whose assistance a foundation for assistance to especially gifted children of Nagorno Karabakh was established. A. Ghukasian also visited Lincy Foundation head office. Earlier a dinner party was arranged in honor of the NKR President. Some 600 representatives of the Armenian community of the western coast participated in it.
