Turkey is a record holder among the members of illegal armed groupings of foreign citizens killed in Chechnya, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Ivanov stated it at a press conference in the Russian Embassy in Washington. “I do not see any problems in the Russian-Turkish relations, except for one – double standards in struggle against terrorism. I mean that Turkey is a record-holder on the number of the citizens of that country killed as members of the illegal armed groupings in the Chechnya territory,” the Minister noted.
