Though the PACE resolution on Nagorno Karabakh was based on the report of a British parliament member, it reflects the viewpoint of this parliamentarian but not that of the UK’s government, UK’s Ambassador to Armenia Thorda Abbott-Watt told IA Regnum. “First of all we are interested in the settlement of the conflict, since it impedes the economic development of the whole region”, she noted.
