MEMORANDUM ON LAUNCHING SECOND PHASE OF PROGRAM OF UTILIZATION OF RESERVES OF MELANGE PROPELLANT COMPONENTS SIGNED IN YEREVAN

Today Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsian and OSCE Mission in Yerevan head, Ambassador Vladimir Praykhin signed a memorandum titled Planning, concluding agreements and financing for utilization of reserves of components of Melange propellant in Armenia. It provides for the launch of the second phase of the program. The document was signed after the realization of the memorandum on Study and utilization of propellant components in Armenia, signed June 11, 2004.
