The visit of the European Union Troika to Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan is postponed due to the situation around Iraq. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, Tbilisi was notified by the foreign ministry of Greece presiding at the EU that due to the exacerbation of the Iraqi crisis the EU leadership should participate in a UN Security Council sitting. In the near future the notification suggests beginning negotiations on fixing a new date for the EU Troika’s visit to the South Caucasus.
