AZERI AMBASSADOR CONSIDERS WORSENING RELATIONS BETWEEN AZERIS AND ARMENIANS OF GEORGIA UNLIKELY IN CASE OF KARABAKH CONFLICT EXACERBATION

In case of exacerbation of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict the relations between Azeris and Armenians residing in Georgia will not worsen, Azeri ambassador to Georgia Hajan Hajiyev considers. In his words, as reported by “Arminfo” agency referring to “Zerkalo” Baku newspaper, before now there have been no serious conflicts between the Azeris and Armenians of Georgia owing to the Karabakh confrontation. “Our policy is to avoid the spread of the Karabakh conflict to other regions,” – the Azeri ambassador emphasized.
