The Estonian Foreign Ministry decreed on assisting the development of Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia by allocating 1.36 million crowns to these states. In Armenia the specialists of the rescue department of Estonia are going to conduct a number of seminars for the security of the population and deliver the humanitarian aids to the republic. Two projects are directed to the development of vocational education and computer literacy in Georgia. In Ukraine Estonia is going to train the functionaries in the ecological and social fields. Besides, the funds will be spent to the development of interaction between the Estonian districts and regions of Ukraine.
