ILHAM ALIYEV: TERMS OF ARMENIAN AND AZERI PRESIDENTS’ METING DEPEND ON TALKS OF FMs

The terms of the meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev depend on the progress achieved during the talks to be held by the Foreign Ministers of the two states, Azeri leader said. In his words, if the upcoming meeting of the Ministers is successful it will be possible to speak of the meeting of the Presidents.
