IRAN STUDIES CENTER OPENED IN RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN UNIVERSITY

March 15 the opening of the Center for Iranian Studies was held at Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University (RAU). The Center is founded on the initiative of RAU and the Iranian Embassy in Armenia. It has a library containing of text-books, books, methodic manuals in Persian, disks, video materials. In the words, of Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Ali Reza Haqiqian, “the opening of the Center for Iranian Studies will promote cooperation between our countries and will further make our two peoples closer.”
