Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met September 25 with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Philippe Lefort.
The two men focus on South Caucasus problems, including the current stage of Nagorno Karabakh settlement, according to the official website of Russian MFA.
