DUE TO POLITICAL CRISIS IN KYRGYZSTAN CSTO STAFF COMMAND EXERCISE

Rubezh-2005, the joint staff command exercise of the armed forces of the CSTO member-states has been postponed, NTV reports. The decision was made due to the political crisis in Kyrgyzstan. The joint exercise was scheduled for April 1-6 in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. To remind, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan serve on the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
