Commodities produced in Armenia are imported to Azerbaijan via Georgia. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, chairman of the customs committee of Azerbaijan Kyamaleddin Heydarov said. In his words, investigation has shown that Azeris buy Armenian production at Georgian markets by mistake and import it to Azerbaijan. Nevertheless, it is not of mass nature, he specified. Answering the question how customs bodies can cut short import of Armenian production to Azerbaijan, Heydarov noted that based on the national interests Azeris should refrain from such actions themselves.
