The Argentinean Supreme Court on economic issues recognized void resolutions of judge Julio Cruciani on announcing international search and arrest of businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, accused in tax evasion. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, referring to “Diario” Argentinean newspaper, the case of Eurnekian, who owns over 30 large airports of the world and is granted management of the Yerevan airport, is conveyed to a new judge. In the words of lawyers of the businessman, Eurnekian can return from the US to his fatherland within the next few days and show up in court. According to the source, by request of the Supreme Court, he will have to post bail of $5 million via his lawyers. Meanwhile, as earlier stated by the press service of the ministry of justice of Armenia, tax problems will not tell on meeting the engagements provided for in the contract on trust management of the Yerevan airport.
