TURKEY HAS NO CHANCE FOR EU ACCESSION

Unless the crisis in France over the European Constitution is overcome, no steps will be made toward EU enlargement, thus Turkey has no chance for accession to the EU, the Observer writes. The newspaper also remarks that the shock caused by the returns of the referendum in France has changed Europe and unless the crisis is fully overcome, the EU will not be able to set about the enlargement process, the Yerkir newspaper reported.
