Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian beat China’s Hao Wang in Tata Steel Group A chess tournament round 10 to retain 3rd spot with 6,5 points.
Norway’s Magnus Carlsen is leading the tournament with 8 points, followed by world champion Viswanathan Anand of India with 6,5 points.
In round 11 due January 25, Aronian will face off against USA’s Hikaru Nakamura (4th with 6,5 points.)
