President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan sent a message to Armenian National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan to congratulate him on his 55th birthday.
The message says, in part: “Being the chairman of the Armenian National Assembly, you do your utmost for the development and prosperity of the two Armenian republics, for our nationwide programs and objectives, for strengthening the independent Armenian statehood. I wish you good health, happiness and great success.”
