The Armenian Cathedral in Moscow hosted a wreath laying ceremony Thursday, Feb 21, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Karabakh liberation movement and those who perished for the freedom of Artsakh.
Diplomats, representatives of the Union of Armenians of Russia, social and youth organizations attended the event.
