EU-Armenia Talks within European Neighborhood Policy to Start Soon

Talks over the EU-Armenia Action Plan within the European Neighborhood Policy will start soon, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said yesterday. In his words, before the end of the month EU Troika delegation will arrive in Armenia. The visit goal is to discuss matters referring to the Armenia’s Action Plan. When commenting on the opportunity for the EU to establish individual relations with each of the South Caucasian states, Mr. Barroso said, “We clearly understand where one country ends and where the other country begins, however we are for actions that are aimed at attaining regional stability,” Mediamax reported.
