Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian beat Ukraine’s Vassily Ivanchuk in the 10th round of London-hosted Candidates Tournament to come 2nd with 6,5 points.
Aronian falls 0,5 point behind the tournament leader, Norway’s Magnus Carlsen, with Vladimir Kramnik coming 2nd with 6 points.
The 11th round board pairings have been announced as follows: Alexander Grischuk vs Magnus Carlsen, Vladimir Kramnik vs Teimour Radjabov, Peter Svidler vs Levon Aronian, Vassily Ivanchuk vs Boris Gelfand.
