Turkey has lost “a golden opportunity” for settling relations with Armenia. Foreign minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian said at “Pro Armenia” international conference in Paris. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, the minister noted that having declared the settlement of the Karabakh problem as a precondition for beginning dialogue with Armenia, Turkey had missed the historical moment of the collapse of the Soviet Union for establishing neighborly relations with Armenia and involving it into its regional interactions.
