Armenians of Russia Actively Participate in Constitutional Referendum

“By about 2 p.m. local time the polling station in Primorye, Russia, will close. I should not that surprising turnout was fixed there. People came from Nakhodka and Khabarovsk,” RA Ambassador to Russia Armen Smbatyan stated when commenting on the voting on the contitutional amendments in Russia. He also informed that Armenians actively vote in Rostov-on-Don and Sochi. “Passiveness in Tolyatti is a bit strange for us. Probably it’s conditioned by the fact that people who work today will vote by the end of the day,” he noted. Besides he stressed the high turnout in Moscow and generally throughout Russia.
