Central Election Commission of Armenia Announced Adoption of Constitutional Amendments

Today the Central Election Commission of Armenia officially announced the final returns of the referendum on the constitutional amendments held November 27. During today’s session it was stated that 1 411 711 electors said «yes» to constitutional reforms. 82 018 constituents voted against the changes to the Constitution of Armenia. 1582 ballots are recognized invalid.
