Armenia and Azerbaijan should find a mutually acceptable solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict themselves, stated Russian MFA official representative Mikhail Kamynin. “Welcoming the continuation of the Armenian-Azeri dialogue, Russia proceeds from the provision that the conflict participants should find a mutually acceptable solution on their own,” the diplomat stated.
He emphasized Russia “is ready to actively provide assistance both in bilateral respect and as an OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair country and guarantee the agreement reached.” Speaking of the Russian-Armenian relations, Kamynin remarked that recently these “acquired a character of strategic allied partnership and are marked with positive development dynamics.”
