Armenia’s permanent representative to OSCE Arman Kirakosyan urged Azerbaijan to refrain from militaristic statements, accept suggestions of Minsk Group and implement agreements reached at talks to achieve a breakthrough in Karabakh settlement.
As Arman Kirakosyan stated at the May 15 OSCE permanent council sitting, Armenia agrees with OSCE MG co-chairs statement, viewing all principles for conflict settlement as equal in importance.
Kirakosyan stressed the escalating tensions in conflict zone as unacceptable, further emphasizing the importance of OSCE MG co-chairs suggestions, including the one on withdrawal of snipers and investigation of incidents at contact line.
