NKR Constitution Concept Published

The state commission for elaboration of the draft Constitution of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic has issued the concept of the Organic Law of the republic. The document notes that NKR Constitution should strengthen Artsakh’s people right of self-determination. “The NKR proved viable in the process of forming an independent state, it formed efficient government system based upon the principles of democratic social state,” it says.
