The Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Ministry refuted the reports of Azeri media on the “gun-fire of the Azerbaijani armed forces located at the Terter direction of the contact line.” As NKR MFA analytical department member Leonid Martirosyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, “this is a recurrent canard of the Azeri press.” In his words, the information does not correspond to reality and bears propagandistic nature.
