NKR Parliament Representative in RA NA Appointed

By a decree of the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Topchyan was appointed NKR’s representative in the Armenian National Assembly. Karen Topchyan is 45. He graduated from the Yerevan State University, the department of Russian Language and Literature. Over 20 years he has worked for Armenian and foreign media, including Respublika Armenia, the Russkaya Gazeta, Inostranets and Vek editions and the BBC Russian branch. He also cooperated with IWPR.
