Azeri party’s recurrent reports that the cease-fire regime was broken in the Karabakh conflict zone, resulting from which an Azeri soldier was allegedly wounded, are not true. As Chair of the NKR Parliamentary Standing Commission on Defense, Internal Affairs and Security Rudik Martirosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent, the adversary is the one who mainly opens fire, so as to provoke the Karabakh party to actions in return. “This is not the first time they are trying to provoke us. Azeris do not understand that Armenian party does not need provocations of that kind,” he said. It should be noted that Azerbaijan usually starts “saber-rattling” before the recurrent meeting of the two presidents or before the arrival of the OSCE Minsk Group to the conflict zone. As of the victims, they were wounded resulting from incautious handling of arms. The Press Service of the Azeri Defense Ministry also confirmed it, reported Day.az.
