The U.S. expresses regret concerning insufficient progress on settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Reno Harnish stated February 14. “The U.S. anchored big expectations with a possible progress and signing of an agreement upon the returns of the talks of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents in Rambouillet. However, as the reality has shown, the progress was not so significant as we expected,” the U.S. Ambassador said. At the same time he noted that the White House will analyze the outcomes of the talks, and then, together with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Washington will announce its final position in March, reported Trend news agency.
