The EU Troika will meet tomorrow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Vienna. According to the EU website, the parties will discuss the conflicts available in the South Caucasus including the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. They will specifically refer to the situation created after the talks held by Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev in Rambouillet.
