Putin Going to Invite Kocharian to Moscow to Discuss Karabakh Issue

Upon completion of the talks held by the Russian and Azerbaijani delegations RF President Vladimir Putin informed he will invite Armenian President Robert Kocharian to Moscow to discuss the Karabakh issue with him. Putin reiterated that Russia wishes to help Azerbaijan and Armenia with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov characterized the new initiative by the Russian President as positive, however refrained from making conclusions, reported ANS Azeri TV Channel.
