“We highly evaluate the intermediary efforts of the Russian Federation as a Minsk Group Co-Chair country, directed to the achievement of the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, as well as the consequences of the armed aggression of the Azerbaijani Republic against Nagorno Karabakh,” NKR Foreign Minister Georgi Petrosyan said when commenting of the official statements by Russian Foreign Ministry’s representative Kamynin, reported NKR MFA press service. “The soonest achievement of the conflict settlement with the participation of the NKR, directed to security and peace strengthening in the South Caucasus, is the prior goal of the NKR which will allow to establish neighborly relations between the NKR and AR and will make it easy to find mutually acceptable resolutions. In this connection it is necessary to stress that the NKR proceeds from the indisputable fact that the integral right of the NKR people on independence and free development must be reflected in any formulation of the settlement” he said.
