U.S. State Department Didn’t Comment on Show to Be Held with Participation of Armenian Genocide Denials

A Washington Post article called “PBS panel with Armenian genocide broadcasting defense, inclusion of denials of most things by Turks,” was published concerning a panel discussion that is scheduled to be broadcast on April 17th, a week before the Armenian (inaudible) by commemoration of the Armenian genocide. The panel discussion will air after a one-hour documentary called “The Armenian Genocide” at 6:00 to promote a two-side review with the denials of the Armenian genocide. When asked about the position of the U.S. Government on this issue, Adam Ereli, Deputy Spokesman of the U.S. Department of State said, “It’s a TV show. You can watch whatever you want to watch.”
