NKR Parliament to Hear Karabakh Issue in Late March

Parliamentary hearings over the Nagorno Karabakh settlement will to all appearance be held at the National Assembly of the NKR at the turn of March. Before that groups and factions will discuss the agenda of the hearings, the list of officials and experts invited, NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan told PanARMENIAN.Net. «Settlement of the Karabakh issue is not only subject to discussion within the Prague process or meetings at the level of presidents, but also discussion in various formats, e.g., the PACE. The coming debate at NK Parliament will allow forming collective opinion, which will be useful both for talks and different discussions,» he emphasized.
