Argentine authorities had to announce an international search for businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, owning over 30 large airports of the world, and to whom the Yerevan airport management is conveyed. As reported by “Groong” agency, such an extreme move was made due to Eurnekian failure to report to court July 16 on charges of tax evasion, owing nearly $5 million in taxes. In the words of his lawyers, he was in Italy at that time and intends to arrive in Buenos Aires in the near future. Meanwhile, as earlier stated by the press service of the ministry of justice of Armenia, tax problems of the Argentinean businessman will not tell on fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the contract on trust management of the Yerevan airport.
