Colonel general Vladimir Boldyrev, who was recently appointed commander of the North Caucasian military district intends to visit the sub-units of the Russian group of troops in Transcaucasia located in Armenia and Russia. As reported by Prime News, Vladimir Boldyrev wishes to familiarize with the personnel and the service conditions, in particular at the military bases situated near Batumi and Akhalkalaki Georgian cities and Armenian Gyumri.
