“Litsa” (Faces) authoritative Russian rating journal put chairman of the Party of self-government of working people of Russia, first deputy of head of “Russia” movement political council Levon Chakhmakhchian on the list of the most influential politicians in Russia in 2002. Today the party led by him includes over 25 thousand members, and its branches operate in over 80 regions of Russia.
