RUSSIAN STATE DUMA CHAIRMAN FOR APPROACH TO CIS PARTNERS

We have not completely developed our policy of relations with our neighbors, CIS close partners, and this is one of the tasks we have. Russian State Duma chairman Gennady Seleznyov stated it addressing an Internet briefing. He especially highlighted the matter of development of the Russian-Georgian relations. In the speaker’s words, Georgia “could do everything for approach to Russia, as we are neighbors having historically formed economic ties.”
