The opening of the Armenian consulate in Rostov-on-Don becomes complicated due to the lack of room in the city meeting the necessary requirements. As reported by “Yerkramas” newspaper of the Armenians of the south of Russia, deputy chief of the department of international and foreign economic relations of the Rostov region administration Oleg Grigoriev stated it. In his words, a standing separate mansion with two exits and area of not less than 300 square meters is necessary for a consulate. It is also difficult to find such a building due to the fact that opening of Bulgarian consulate in Rostov-on-Don is planned next year.
