DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC COOPERATION BETWEEN CANADA, ARMENIA AND RUSSIA DISCUSSED IN MONTREAL

The Armenian-Russian relations, as well as questions of developing economic cooperation between Armenia, Russia and Canada were discussed in the course of the meeting of member of the Canadian parliament committee on external affairs, chairman of the Armenian-Canadian inter-parliamentary friendship group Sargis Asaturian with Armenian and Russian ambassadors to Canada Ara Papian and Vitaliy Churkin in Montreal. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, representatives of business circles of the local Armenian community also participated in the meeting. In the Canadian deputy’s words, a favorable atmosphere for export of Canadian goods is created in Armenia and Russia. The Canadians of Armenian origin were granted an opportunity to make use of the offspring of the economic development of Armenia and Russia, which will be of notable benefit to the three countries.
