SPEAKERS OF TREATY ON COLLECTIVE SECURITY PARTICIPANT COUNTRIES CONFER IN SAINT PETERSBURG

The sitting of the Council of the members of the Organization of the Treaty on Collective Security (OTCS) of the CIS inter-parliamentary assembly is being held in Saint Petersburg. As reported by “Novosti” Russian agency, speaker of the Russian Council of Federation, chairman of the CIS inter-parliamentary assembly Sergey Mironov, chairmen of the OTCS parliaments, senior inspector of the CIS anti-terror center Sergey Polukarov, chairman of the coordination service of the council of the frontier troops commanders Vitaliy Gritsan participate in the forum. Armenia is represented at the forum by parliament speaker Armen Khachatrian. Bringing into line the military regulations of the OTCS countries, the status of the united armed forces, regulation of the crossing process of the OTCS member states’ frontiers are discussed at the sitting.
