The US administration has not passed the final decision concerning Armenia’s inclusion in the list of countries, whose citizens will be requested to register with the US Migration and Naturalization Service. An Armenian foreign ministry top official told “Mediamax” agency about it. In his words, the document presented by the US Justice Department is of preliminary nature. The Armenian diplomat reported that at present the Armenian foreign department was undertaking active measures for the renewed list to be made public without mentioning Armenia. He did not rule out the US embassy in Armenia making a statement on it today.
