Armenian chess grandmaster Levon Aronian joined Viswanathan Anand and Sergey Karjakin to top the World Candidates chess tournament in Moscow on Sunday, March 13.
Aronian beat Veselin Topalov who miscalculated badly to lose two pawns and, afterwards, the whole game.
Anand, playing white, drew with Fabiano Caruana, the highest-rated player in the tournament, while Karjakin, playing black, drew with Anish Giri.
