Lake Sevan was included in Travel.ru’s list of most popular destinations among tourists from CIS countries.
Also included in the top five destinations were Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan, Borovoe Resort in Kazakhstan, Lake Narach in Belarus, and the Caspian Sea (Baku).
The list was compiled based on hotel bookings for the upcoming summer months.
According to Travel.ru, tourists especially enjoy motorboat trips, the rocky nature, as well as the famous crayfish kebab in Sevan.
