The operative situation was unchanged on the Nagorno Karabakh–Azerbaijan line of contact overnight on May 5-6.
The Azerbaijani side violated the verbal agreement on the ceasefire mainly from various caliber firearms, also using 82-mm mortars and an RPG-7 grenade launcher in some sections of the frontline.
The Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army continues controlling the situation on the contact line, taking measures in line with the developments, if necessary.
