Speaker of the Azeri parliament Murtuz Aleskerov named “illegal” the letter of congratulation of the US 46 congressmen group to Nagorno-Karabakh President Arkadi Ghukasian on the occasion of that he was reelected president of the republic. As “Mediamax” agency reports, Aleskerov stated that the Azeri parliament plans to make a “decision” regarding that and take definite steps.
