Today the Armenian foreign ministry delegation led by the minister Vardan Oskanian has left for Tirana to participate in the regular meeting of the Council of the foreign ministers of the state-member of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. As it was reported at the RA MFA, the meeting is important, as Armenia will have chairmanship in the BSEC from November. During Armenia’s chairmanship in the BSEC, expansion of the cooperation of the organization’s state-members in the spheres of science and technologies will be favored.
