Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Thursday, November 3 convened a meeting of the Security Council. Issues related to army-building processes were on the agenda, the President's press office said.
At the meeting, Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan delivered a report.
The President gave a range of instructions for proper realization of the issues discussed, stressing that the consistent improvement of the Defense Army’s fighting capacity would remain among the government's key priorities.
